What counts as a private event charter?
Any booking where one group hires the whole coach for a personal or community occasion rather than a company job. In practice that means wedding guest shuttles, temple, church and mosque outings, funeral and memorial transport, and family gatherings. Rates start at SGD 85 per trip for a 23-seater and run to SGD 110 for a 49-seater, all-inclusive of driver, fuel, ERP and parking with no GST. See the pricing page for the full card.
The events we cover
Four occasions make up most private bookings, and each one asks something different of the driver.
Wedding guest transport
A morning ceremony at a church such as CHIJMES or St Andrew's followed by an evening banquet across town is two runs, not one. A dedicated shuttle keeps relatives and the bridal party together and takes everyone home afterwards. Temple, church and mosque outings
Congregation trips to places like Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery, and regular community outings for groups of every faith. Many of these carry older members, so the driver allows time for boarding rather than rushing it. More on the religious and community page.
Funerals and memorial services
Transport to Mandai Crematorium or Choa Chu Kang Cemetery, handled quietly. We confirm the route and timings in advance so nothing needs discussing on the day, and the driver stays with the family for the duration. Call +65 8065 3479 and we will treat it as urgent.
Family gatherings and birthdays

Private event rates
Every figure covers the driver, fuel, ERP and parking, and there is no GST. There is no second bill after the event.

Per trip or hourly?
A straight run out and back suits per-trip booking. If the coach needs to wait, which it usually does at a wedding or a funeral, hourly hire is the simpler arrangement and extra stops carry no charge within the booked time.
Four surcharges can apply and nothing else: a trip touching 11pm to 7am adds SGD 20 per vehicle, a gazetted public holiday adds SGD 30 per vehicle, extra stops on a point-to-point booking add SGD 20 per stop, per vehicle and they are waived on hourly hire, and waiting beyond the free allowance is SGD 15 per 15 minutes. Planning a private event run
Four things worth settling when you book.
Set one or two pickup points
Grouping guests at a hotel lobby or an MRT station beats a chain of doorstep stops. Fewer stops keeps the run short and the timing predictable, and extra stops on a per-trip booking are SGD 20 per stop, per vehicle.
Say if older guests are travelling
A boarding ramp is available on request across all three vehicle sizes, subject to a size and weight check for motorised wheelchairs. Foldable wheelchairs and walking aids go in the underfloor hold on the 45 and 49-seaters. Mention it when you book so the right coach is assigned.
Decide whether the coach waits
If there is a gap between a ceremony and a reception, or a service and a burial, hourly hire keeps the vehicle with you rather than paying for two separate transfers.
Book early for weekends
Weekend dates go first, particularly in wedding season. Send the date, the headcount and the route and we will come back with an all-inclusive figure, normally within the hour.
We operate within Singapore only. Every coach is air-conditioned with a seatbelt on every seat and a microphone with PA, and the 45 and 49-seaters have reclining seats.
