Three Steps to Your Estimate

Every price includes a professional driver holding a Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver’s Vocational Licence, plus all fuel for the route. There is no mileage charge on top and no tipping expected.
ERP charges and standard parking
Road pricing gantries and normal parking at your pickup and drop off points sit inside the figure already. If a venue charges an unusual entry or parking fee, we tell you before you book, not after the trip.

Where the rates come from

Which Service Type to Choose
Your service type changes the price more than any other field in the form, so pick the one that matches how your day actually runs. Here is what each option in the dropdown means.
Single trip, point to point
One pickup, one drop off, one direction. Best for a shuttle from the office to a venue, or a one way ride home after an event. The driver leaves once everyone is off the coach.
Two way transfer
The same coach takes your group out and brings it back on the same day, but does not stay with you in between. Choose this for a lunch, a temple visit or a half day event where both timings are already fixed.
Hourly charter, minimum 4 hours
The coach and driver stay with your group for the hours you book, with unlimited stops inside that window. This is the option for city tours, roadshows and days where the plan may still move.
Airport arrival or departure
A one way run to or from Changi. Share your flight number when you confirm and we plan the pickup around your landing time.
Two way airport transfer
Covers the arrival run and the departure run for the same group, quoted together in one estimate. Useful for visiting teams, tour groups and school exchanges where both flights are already known.
What Can Move the Final Price
The estimate uses standard rates, so a few real world details can shift it. These are the usual reasons a confirmed price differs from what the calculator showed.
Public holidays, and simply busy dates
Only one kind of date changes the rate itself: a gazetted public holiday adds SGD 30 per vehicle. Other busy dates, such as school holidays, the year end dinner and dance season and big event weekends, carry no surcharge at all. What drops on those dates is coach availability, so booking early is about securing a vehicle rather than protecting a price.
Extra stops added later
The calculator prices the stops you entered. Adding a pickup on the day, or a detour to a second venue, changes the route and the time on the road, so it changes the price.
Late night and early morning trips
Late night and early morning trips carry a late night amount. Tick the midnight service box and the total updates for you.
Waiting longer than planned
We plan an airport pickup around your landing time, and the coach is held for the schedule you booked. If your group needs it to wait longer than that, or a venue programme runs over, the extra waiting is charged.
Running past your booked hours
An hourly booking runs for the hours you selected. If the group finishes late, the driver can usually stay on, and the extra hours are added to the invoice at the end of the job.
Bigger loads and access needs
Wheelchair access, sports gear, instruments or full size check in luggage can change which vehicle we send. Mention it in your WhatsApp message so we match the right coach the first time.

23 seater minibus
The smallest option, and the easiest to bring into tight condo driveways, school gates and older shophouse streets. A good fit for teams, extended families and small tour groups.
45 seater coach
A full size coach for a class, a department or a wedding party. Boot space underneath makes it the practical pick once everyone is carrying a bag.
49 seater coach
The largest single vehicle we run, with four more seats than the 45 seater for the same style of trip. Useful when your headcount sits right at the edge of a full coach.
More than 49 people
Larger groups travel in two or more coaches running together, quoted as one job with matched timings. Enter the full headcount and the calculator works out the split for you.

When to Skip the Calculator and Email Us
The calculator prices standard one off trips. A few jobs need a person to work out properly, and those are quoted by email so you get the detail in writing.
Monthly and recurring contracts
A fixed route with the same vehicle every day is priced as a contract, not as a stack of single trips. It usually works out lower per trip because the schedule is known well in advance.
Daily and multi day charters
Full day hire, and tours that run across several days, are quoted on the itinerary rather than on a single route. Send us the draft programme and we price the whole thing.
Large events with several coaches
