Bus Charter Singapore Reviews: 4.8 Stars on Google
RATED 4.8 OUT OF 5 ON GOOGLESingapore Bus Charter holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating from 184 Google reviews. They sit on our Google Business Profile, where we cannot edit or delete a word of them.
Is this a reliable bus charter company?
Yes. Singapore Bus Charter holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating from 184 Google reviews. The company was established in 2018, is registered in Singapore under UEN 53379842J, and operates as an LTA licensed private hire bus operator. Every one of our drivers holds a Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver’s Vocational Licence, not an ordinary car licence. You can check the UEN and read the reviews yourself before you book.
Where these reviews come from
The rating on this page comes from Google reviews posted by customers on our Google Business Profile. The average shown here, 4.8 out of 5 from 184 reviews, is the same figure Google shows on the listing itself. If you are still working out who we are and what we run, start on the bus charter Singapore homepage.
The reviews sit on Google, not on this page
Our reviews sit on our Google Business Profile. Open the listing on Google or Google Maps and read them there, sorted by newest. Nothing is retyped by us, so what you read is what Google holds right now.
We cannot edit or delete a review
Google reviews sit on Google, not on this website. A business can reply in public and that is the only control it has. A bad review stays up, which is exactly why the average is worth reading.
No rewards for reviewing us
We do not pay for reviews, offer a discount in exchange for one, or ask anyone to change what they wrote. We ask once after the trip, and the customer decides.
You will not find quotes typed onto this page
We do not copy review text into the page copy, because a pasted quote cannot be checked by you. Open the Google listing on Google or Google Maps and read the reviews there instead.
How to check Singapore Bus Charter is a real, licensed operator
You do not have to take a star rating on faith. Four things can be checked by anyone in a few minutes, without calling us first.
The business registration, UEN 53379842J
This is our government issued registration number. Search UEN 53379842J on ACRA BizFile and you will see the registered entity behind this website and its current status. The company was registered in 2018.
The LTA licence for private hire buses
Charter buses in Singapore have to be run by an operator licensed by the Land Transport Authority, and the vehicle itself must be registered for hire. Our guide sets out what the rules cover and what to ask an operator for.
The driver licence class
Every one of our drivers holds a Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver’s Vocational Licence, not an ordinary car licence, and drives under our LTA licence. You can ask for the driver details before the trip.
The Google listing itself
Open the listing, sort the reviews by newest, and read the recent ones rather than only the average. Ours have been posted steadily on Google since 2018.
Registered address: 769 Pasir Ris Street 71, #14-334, Singapore 510769. Call or WhatsApp +65 8065 3479 if you would rather speak to a person before booking.
The groups who book us, and who leave the reviews
The reviews come from very different trips, so it helps to know which job is closest to yours. These are the ones we run most often, and the full range sits on the services hub.
Corporate teams and event days
Office shuttles, town halls, offsites and dinner and dance nights. Planners tend to care most about pickup timing and being able to reach the driver on the day.
Schools and excursion organisers
Learning journeys, sports meets and camps. Headcount, seat belts and a pickup that leaves on time matter more here than anything else.
Changi Airport runs
Arrivals and departures with full luggage, often at odd hours. Flight timing and boot space usually decide whether the trip goes smoothly.
Weddings and family events
Guest shuttles between the hotel, the church or temple, and the reception venue. Short trips, but the timing is tight and the group is dressed up.
Daily staff and worker transport
Fixed routes, same time every working day, month after month. Reviews from these customers are about consistency over months, not one good morning.
Tours and group sightseeing
Half day and full day routes around Singapore, including Sentosa and Jurong Island, with a driver who knows where coaches can actually stop.
Recurring bookings run on monthly or daily terms, and one off jobs run hourly or point to point. For monthly, daily, long-term contracts, or large events, email us for a detailed quotation.
What to check before you book any bus charter in Singapore
A star rating is one signal. These are the other things worth checking on any charter booking, ours included, so nothing surprises you on the day.
Is the quote all in?
Ask whether the figure covers the driver, fuel, ERP charges and parking, because those add up on a long day. Ours covers all four. Singapore Bus Charter is not GST-registered, so no GST is added to your bill. Full rates and what they include sit on the pricing page.
Is the bus the right size?
Count the passengers first, then think about luggage. A 23 seater, 45 seater and 49 seater carry very different loads, and a group over 49 people needs more than one coach. Seat and luggage detail is on the fleet page.
Who do you call on the day?
Ask for a phone number a human answers while the trip is running, not only an email address. Ask for the vehicle and driver contact before the day as well, which we provide on request.
Is anything in writing?
Get the pickup time, pickup point, drop off point and total cost in an emailed confirmation. A verbal agreement is very hard to sort out when a bus is sitting at the wrong gate.
How to compare bus charter operators in Singapore
Use the same rows to check any operator, including us. A company that cannot answer one of these in writing is telling you something.
| Criterion | Singapore Bus Charter |
|---|---|
| Operating licence | LTA licensed private hire coach operator |
| Registered entity | UEN 53379842J, searchable on ACRA BizFile |
| Years in operation | Running since 2018 |
| Public review record | 4.8 from 184 Google reviews |
| Fleet sizes offered | 23 seater minibus, 45 seater coach and 49 seater coach, listed on our fleet page |
| Largest single vehicle | 49 seats, so groups above that need a second coach |
| Driver credential | Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver's Vocational Licence |
| Published rates | A full rate card with four named surcharges and nothing else added |
| What the rate covers | Driver, fuel, ERP and parking are included in the quoted figure |

| Service area | Singapore only, including Sentosa and Jurong Island. No cross border trips |
| Insurance | Comprehensive passenger liability insurance on every vehicle |
Ask us for any of these in writing before you pay. The LTA bus charter requirements checklist explains how to verify an operator licence, a Certificate of Insurance and the assigned vehicle plate yourself, for us or for anyone else.
If a trip does not go to plan
Traffic, road closures and mechanical faults happen. What matters is what happens next, and that is usually what a review is really about.
Call the number on your confirmation
The fastest fix is a call or WhatsApp message to +65 8065 3479. We can reach the driver directly and tell you where the bus actually is, which beats guessing at the pickup point.
If a vehicle cannot finish the job
We work on getting another bus to you. Tell us as soon as you know, because a replacement coach needs time to cross the island, and every minute of delay in raising it adds to the wait.
Tell us before you post
If something went wrong, message us first. We would rather put the trip right than read about it a week later, and we still want the honest review afterwards.
Booking changes and cancellations
Those terms are not something a reviews page should decide for you. Our terms and conditions carry the refund bands, the notice periods and what we need to confirm a booking.
The refund bands, waiting rules and surcharge clauses are published in full in our written booking terms.
Leave a Google review after your trip
If you have travelled with us, a short review helps the next school, office or family decide who to call. It takes about a minute and it stays on Google, not on our website.
Open the Google listing
Search for Singapore Bus Charter on Google or Google Maps, open the business listing and scroll down to the review section.
Pick a rating and write two lines
Two honest lines beat a long paragraph. The pickup, the driver, the condition of the bus and whether the timing held are the parts other readers use.
Say what the trip was for
Naming the job, a school excursion, an airport run, a wedding shuttle, tells the next reader whether your review applies to the trip they are planning.
We reply on Google
We reply on the Google profile, critical reviews included. If you need an answer faster, message us on +65 8065 3479.
