Flat, all-inclusive rates for a 49-seater coach charter in Singapore. Driver, fuel, ERP and parking are already in the figure, and Singapore Bus Charter is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.

What Can Be Added to a 49-Seater Quote
Four surcharges can be added, and every one of them is shown on your quote before you confirm. Midnight trips between 11pm and 7am add SGD 20 per vehicle. Gazetted Singapore public holidays add SGD 30 per vehicle. Extra stops beyond the quoted route add SGD 20 per stop, per vehicle. Waiting beyond your free period is SGD 15 per 15-minute block, and once waiting passes three blocks a minimum four-hour hourly rate applies instead. Nothing else is added on the day.
How Many Passengers With Luggage?
Seats and luggage do not add up the same way, so it is worth checking both before you book.
A 49-seater seats 49 people, and the under-coach hold takes about 40 large bags with overhead racks for hand-carry. Those are two different numbers. A full coach where every passenger checks a large suitcase sits above hold capacity. Send us your headcount and your total bag count together and we confirm the fit before you book.
Light bags only
Backpacks, handbags and laptop bags travel on laps or overhead, so you can use all 49 seats.
A suitcase each
Airport runs where everyone checks a bag fill the hold before they fill the seats. Give us both numbers and we confirm the right vehicle, or add a second coach.
Bulky items
Golf bags, prams, wheelchairs, instruments and event kit need checking first. Flag them when you message so we send a coach with the hold space to match.

A Class 4 or 4A licensed driver holding a Bus Driver's Vocational Licence on every trip, with passenger insurance.

Where a 49-Seater Coach Can Go
A full-size coach needs more room to turn and park than a minibus, so access is worth settling early.
Coach bays and main roads
Hotels, schools, offices, convention centres and event venues with a proper coach bay are straightforward.
Tight access points
Narrow estate roads, tight turning circles and some condo driveways restrict a 49-seater, so the coach may use a nearby drop-off point rather than the door. For those, the 23-seater minibus is usually the better call.
Island wide, Singapore only
Coverage is Singapore wide, including Sentosa and Jurong Island. Tell us the destination and we confirm any site entry requirements with your quote.
Send the pickup address and the venue when you enquire and we confirm coach access before the day. Our drivers know the routes and where a full-size coach can and cannot turn.
Booking a 49-Seater
Send the date, pickup address, drop-off point, pickup time, passenger count, bag count and whether it is one way or return. That is enough for a firm quote without a round of follow-up questions.
When to book
As soon as your date is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays fill first, and annual dinner season from October to January is the tightest window, so allow three to four weeks for those dates.
Short notice
Same-day and next-day bookings are accepted whenever a coach and driver are free, so it is always worth asking.
If your numbers change
Coach size can usually be changed after booking, subject to availability. Tell us as early as you can and we will move you to the right vehicle.
Point-to-point trips have no time minimum. Hourly charter runs on a four-hour minimum from SGD 70 per hour on a 49-seater.
