How do I plan bus transport for my wedding guests in Singapore?
Start with the guest list, then sort people by the hotel or MRT station nearest them. That usually leaves you with one or two pickup points instead of six. Match the headcount to a coach of 23, 45 or 49 seats, then set boarding times backwards from the ceremony. One trip starts at SGD 85 on the 23-seater, SGD 100 on the 45-seater and SGD 110 on the 49-seater, all-inclusive of driver, fuel, ERP and parking.

The guest transport headaches we take off your plate
Wedding day transport goes wrong in the same few ways. Here is what each one costs you, and what we do about it.
Your guests are spread across four hotels, and many of them do not have a car in Singapore.
What we do: One coach collects at one or two hotel lobbies, agreed when you book, and runs straight to the venue. Fewer pickup points mean fewer lost guests, and one arrival time to plan the morning around.
The ceremony and the reception are at different venues, with a gap in the middle for photographs.
What we do: Book by the hour and the coach stays with you through the gap. Hourly hire starts at SGD 50 an hour on the 23-seater, with a four hour minimum, so the waiting is already paid for.
Guests arriving in ones and twos push the ceremony start back, and the rest of the day slides with it.
What we do: Everyone boards together and reaches the venue at the same time. The driver has your plan for the day, so the coach leaves when you said it would rather than when the last taxi shows up.
You spend the last hour before the ceremony answering messages about how to get there.
What we do: Your confirmation carries the pickup address, the boarding time and a number to call on the day. Forward it once to your guests and the questions stop.
You asked three operators for a price and each one quoted a different set of things, so nothing lines up.

Planning guest transport in four steps
Do these in order and the booking itself is one phone call.
1. Group your guests
List everyone who needs a lift, then sort them by where they are sleeping the night before. Two pickup points are usually enough. Six means a morning of phone calls.
2. Count heads, then pick the coach
Take the headcount and leave a little room to spare. A 23-seater suits a small party, while the 45 and 49 seaters carry a full guest list in one go. Compare them on the fleet page.
3. Work backwards from the ceremony
Set boarding 30 to 45 minutes before you need guests seated at the venue. Formal wear slows boarding down, and the traffic does the rest.
4. Decide how the night ends
One return trip after dinner, or two if some guests want to stay on. Fix the last pickup time when you book, so the coach is waiting rather than being called for.

A shuttle timeline for the day
A typical plan has three journeys, and a fourth if the party runs late. Build them backwards from the ceremony.

Collecting out of town and airport guests
Guests flying in are the ones most likely to get stuck, so plan them first.
Meet the flight at Changi
A coach can collect from any Changi terminal and go straight to the hotel or the venue. Airport transfers start at SGD 100 on the 23-seater and carry 45 minutes of free waiting. See how airport pickups work.
Ask for meet and greet
Standard service is the coach waiting at the pickup bay. If you would rather guests were met on arrival, meet and greet is SGD 20 per vehicle, on request and on airport trips only.
Group them by hotel
Where most out of town guests share one hotel, make that lobby a pickup point and run a single coach to the venue. One address and one boarding time are far easier to pass on than five different pickup points.
Mind the suitcases
Guests coming straight from the airport arrive with luggage. The 45 and 49 seaters have an underfloor hold, while the 23-seater has overhead racks and a rear row that folds down for suitcases. The luggage guide has the detail.
What to tell your guests before the day
Six lines in a message the night before will save you a dozen calls in the morning.
Name the hotel lobby or the entrance, not just the road. Add a landmark that is easy to spot.
Give the real departure time, and ask guests to be there ten minutes before it. Say plainly that the coach leaves on time.
Ask someone in the wedding party to be the transport contact. Give that number to your guests and to the driver.
Guests relax once they know how they are getting back. Say which hotels the return trip covers, and roughly when.
Ask guests to mention a wheelchair or a pram early. A ramp is available on request on all three coach sizes.
There is no toilet and no wifi on any coach. Tell your guests that before the day, so nobody is caught out on the way to the venue.
The only four surcharges
Nothing else gets added. Each one is itemised in writing before you confirm anything.

Hourly hire carries no waiting charge and no extra stop charge, because the coach stays with you. The rate card is the same all year, apart from a gazetted public holiday. We are not GST registered, so there is nothing to add on top.
When to book, and the days either side
Reserve as soon as your date and your rough guest numbers are settled, even if the final headcount is still moving. You can confirm the exact number nearer the day, and the coach is held for you from the moment you book.
Booking early secures a vehicle, not a price. The rate card does not move, so there is no price to lock in. Demand does rise around Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and the school holidays, so those dates are worth settling first.
The wedding day is often not the only day. A tea ceremony across town, a rehearsal dinner and a family lunch the morning after all move more easily on one coach. Tell us the whole plan and we will quote the days together.
What is on board, and what is not
A clear no now beats a surprise on the day.
Every coach is air-conditioned, and there is a seat belt on every seat. That matters most for older guests and children dressed for a wedding.
Each driver holds a Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver's Vocational Licence.
Handy if someone wants to give directions or say a few words on the way to the venue.
On the 45 and 49 seater coaches only. The 23-seater minibus has fixed seats.
Available on all three sizes. A motorised chair needs a size and weight check first, so mention it early.
We do not supply flowers or themed dressing. You are welcome to bring a ribbon or a sign of your own. Tell us when you book, so the driver has time to put it up.
No coach in the fleet has wifi, a charging point or a toilet. Most wedding journeys are short. If the gap between venues is long, plan a comfort stop.
