How much does a birthday bus charter cost in Singapore?
A 23-seater minibus starts at SGD 85 for a single point to point trip, or SGD 50 an hour with a four hour minimum if the coach stays with you. The 45-seater starts at SGD 100 and the 49-seater at SGD 110. Driver, fuel, ERP and parking are already inside that figure, and we are not GST registered, so nothing is added later. The birthday headaches we take off your plate
A party comes apart in the same few ways, and almost all of them are about getting people there. Here is what each one costs, and how one coach stops it.
Your guest list is spread across three estates and every message you get asks the same thing about transport.
What we do: One coach runs a pickup loop and collects every group on the way. Extra stops add SGD 20 per stop, per vehicle on a point to point booking, and they are waived on hourly hire. Your answer becomes a time and a place, sent once to everybody.
The restaurant has almost no parking, so anyone who drives has to go hunting for a car park nearby.
What we do: The coach sets your group down at the lobby and parks away from the venue. Parking sits inside the rate, so there is nothing to claim back.
Split across cars, the group trickles in over forty minutes and the table you booked sits half empty.
What we do: Everybody travels on the same coach and reaches the venue in one group, so the table fills when you booked it. A two way transfer on the 23-seater is SGD 170 for the whole group, return included.
One guest gives up the whole evening to drive, and the rest of the table pays separate cab fares home.
What we do: Every booking comes with a driver, so nobody has to stay sober or leave early to move a car. Driver, fuel, ERP and parking already sit inside the one rate.
Two operators have quoted for the same party and you cannot tell which figure includes the parking.
What we do: One all-inclusive figure per vehicle, covering driver, fuel, ERP and parking. Only four surcharges exist and each one is itemised before you confirm.
You took a group to Sentosa once and got caught by a charge at the gantry that nobody warned you about.
What we do: We warn you first. Sentosa charges vehicles arriving without prior arrangement SGD 20 for a minibus seating 30 or fewer, and SGD 40 for a larger coach. That amount belongs to the island operator and never to us, so we keep it off our quote and tell you the figure at booking.
You are afraid the bill grows after the night runs late, because nobody said what late costs.
What we do: Any trip touching 11pm to 7am adds SGD 20 per vehicle, and a gazetted public holiday costs SGD 30 more. Both sit on the published rate card and both appear in writing before you pay.

What we do: We are licensed by the Land Transport Authority to operate private hire buses, under UEN 53379842J. The driver holds a Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver's Vocational Licence. We send you the assigned driver's details before the trip.

Hourly hire carries a four hour minimum, so the shortest booking is SGD 200 on the 23-seater, SGD 240 on the 45-seater and SGD 280 on the 49-seater. That often suits a party that sits inside a fixed window. Every rate we publish is on the pricing page.
Why a coach beats splitting the group into cars
A private charter fixes four things that no amount of group chat ever will.
There are no stragglers turning up later in separate cabs. The group boards at one address and reaches the venue at one time, so the party starts when you said it would.
The driver comes with the booking. No guest has to stay sober for the night or head off early to move a car.

Sentosa
Sentosa covers beach parties, Adventure Cove and Universal Studios. The island charges its own gantry admission on vehicles arriving without prior arrangement, SGD 20 for a minibus seating 30 or fewer and SGD 40 for a larger coach. East Coast Park
East Coast Park is the classic BBQ birthday venue. Guests turn up with coolers, ice boxes and bags of food. The 45 and 49 seaters have an underfloor hold for the heavy items. The 23-seater has a small undercarriage compartment, overhead racks and a fold down rear row that makes room for around 15 large bags.
Restaurants and rooftop bars
Milestone dinners often land around Marina Bay, Clarke Quay or Dempsey. Parking there is tight and costly. The coach drops your group at the door, then comes back at a time you set.
Function halls and KTV rooms
Birthday groups head to community club halls, private rooms and event spaces across the island. We can gather guests from two or three homes first, then run the whole group to the venue in one go.
Birthdays with children and elderly relatives
A birthday is one of the few trips where a two year old and an eighty year old ride on the same vehicle. Every coach is air-conditioned and has a seat belt on every seat. Prams, walkers and folded wheelchairs go in the hold on the 45 and 49 seaters.
A wheelchair ramp is available on request on all three vehicle sizes. A motorised chair needs a size and weight check first, so tell us the make and the weight when you book. Reclining seats are on the 45 and 49 seaters only, never on the 23-seater minibus.
There is no toilet on board. Tell us if you want a toilet stop on a long run, and we will build it into the route before you confirm. Planned that way it is part of the agreed route, so no extra stop charge applies.

Use it for the speech, the countdown or a singalong. It runs from the front of the cabin.
The cabin is air-conditioned on all three vehicle sizes, and a seat belt is fitted to every seat.
Available on all three vehicle sizes. A motorised chair needs a size and weight check first.
None of our coaches carry a toilet. Ask us to build a stop into the route if the run is long.
There is no onboard wifi and no USB or power point. Bring a power bank if the day runs long.
The 23-seater minibus has fixed seats. Tell us at booking if comfort over a long ride matters, and we will quote the 45 or the 49 instead.
The only four surcharges
Nothing else is added. Each one is itemised in writing before you confirm.

An hourly booking never carries a waiting charge or an extra stop charge, because the time is already yours. There is no separate weekend rate, and our rates do not change for the festive season. The gantry admission at Sentosa is charged by the island, never by us.
Point to point, two way or hourly hire
Point to point suits one clean run, such as a pickup in Bishan and a drop at the restaurant. A two way transfer books the return journey at a fixed time as well, and that is SGD 170 on the 23-seater. Extra stops beyond the agreed route add SGD 20 per stop, per vehicle.
Hourly hire suits a party that moves, or one where the coach waits outside while you eat. The 23-seater is SGD 50 an hour on a four hour minimum, so a four hour block comes to SGD 200. On an hourly booking the extra stop charge and the waiting charge are both waived.
Which one is cheaper depends on the address count and the total hours. A two way on the 23-seater is SGD 170, and two extra pickup addresses take that to SGD 210. Count every head, including children and plus ones, then pick the vehicle.
Up to 23 guests
Book the 23-seater minibus. It suits a family dinner or a close circle of friends. Seats do not recline.
24 to 45 guests
The 45-seater coach fits a large milestone party. It has reclining seats and an underfloor hold for gifts, cake boxes and BBQ gear.
46 to 49 guests
The 49-seater coach is the largest vehicle we run. It is the only single vehicle that seats more than 45 guests, and a full day on it is SGD 560.
