How much does a company outing bus charter cost in Singapore?
A point to point transfer starts at SGD 85 on the 23-seater minibus, SGD 100 on the 45-seater coach and SGD 110 on the 49-seater. If the day moves between venues, hourly hire starts at SGD 50 an hour with a four hour minimum, and the coach stays with your group. What goes wrong on outing day, and how we stop it
A staff outing fails in the same few ways. Here is what each one costs the company, and the part of our booking that removes it.
Forty staff need to be at Sentosa by nine, and a good half of them do not drive.
What we do: One coach collects the whole group at the office and drops at the venue, so nobody has to arrange their own way there.
The day starts at a beach activity, breaks for lunch in town and ends at a dinner venue.
What we do: Hourly hire keeps the coach and driver with your group for the booked block, from SGD 50 an hour on the 23-seater, and extra stops are not charged.
Staff trickle in by taxi and the first hour of a paid activity slot is gone.
What we do: The whole group leaves from one pickup point at one departure time, on one vehicle. The programme then starts on the hour the company has already paid for.
Thirty separate taxi claims land on finance, and somebody on your team has to check every line.
What we do: One invoice per booking under UEN 53379842J. The driver, fuel, ERP and parking already sit inside the figure, so there is nothing to reconcile after.
You have called round and every quote is built a different way, so none of them line up.
What we do: One all-inclusive price per vehicle. Only four surcharges exist, all published on our pricing page, and each one that applies is written on your quote before you confirm.
Last year the bus could not get near the entrance and everyone walked the final stretch in the heat.
What we do: Send the postal code and the exact drop point. We put both on the written quote, so the driver knows where to pull in before the day starts.
You are afraid the number grows between the quote and the invoice, and you are the one who has to explain the gap to your manager.
What we do: The rate card is published on our pricing page and it does not change for the festive season. The only date that moves the price is a gazetted public holiday, at SGD 30 per vehicle.
If the coach does not turn up, it is your name on the booking and the whole company is standing in the lobby watching.
What we do: We are licensed by the Land Transport Authority to operate private hire buses, under UEN 53379842J. The driver holds a Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver's Vocational Licence, and we send you their details before the trip.
Where company outings actually go
A beach day, a theme park, a BBQ or a dinner in town. Here is how the coach handles each one.
Sentosa Island
Teams book Siloso or Palawan for beach games, and Adventure Cove for a day in the water. Sentosa charges its own gantry admission for the vehicle, and that is never part of our rate.
Resorts World and Universal Studios
A theme park day works well on a two way booking. We set the drop off point in writing when you book, and the return time is the one your group gives us.
East Coast Park
East Coast Park suits a seaside BBQ, a cycling afternoon or a water sports day. We drop at the car park closest to your pit, so nobody hauls a cooler the length of the park.
Marina Bay
Marina Bay draws corporate dinners, rooftop functions and award nights. Book a two way trip for a fixed drop and pickup, or take hourly hire if the night may run long.
Chalets, activity centres and the rest of the island
Plenty of outings never go near a tourist venue. Chalets out at Pasir Ris, Changi and Loyang come up often. Indoor activity centres, escape rooms and function halls in the industrial estates come up just as often.
Send us both postal codes, one for the pickup point and one for the venue. We plan a direct route to the door, and we say up front if a full coach cannot get that close.
A half day city loop is another common choice. Chinatown, Little India, Orchard Road and Geylang Serai sit inside one comfortable circuit, and the microphone on board suits whoever is speaking to the group.

Rates are per vehicle, not per person. Hourly hire carries a four hour minimum.

Point to point, two way or hourly
Three ways to book. The right one depends on whether the day sits at one venue or keeps moving.
Point to point
The coach makes one direct run from the office to the venue, booked on its own, from SGD 85 on the 23-seater. It suits a team that only needs the ride out, or a day that finishes somewhere else.
Two way return
A morning drop and an evening pickup at the same venue are booked together. SGD 170 on the 23-seater, SGD 200 on the 45-seater and SGD 220 on the 49-seater. That is the same total as two separate one way runs, kept on one booking.
Hourly hire
The coach and driver stay with the group and move between venues. From SGD 50 an hour on a four hour minimum, with no charge for extra stops.
The only four surcharges
Nothing else is added to a quote. The first three are flat amounts per vehicle, and each extra stop is charged separately. Excess waiting is charged by the block, so the table gives the rate rather than a total.

After three blocks of waiting, the booking converts to a minimum four hour hourly hire instead, which is SGD 200 on the 23-seater. Hourly hire itself carries no waiting charge and no extra stop charge, because the coach is already with you. Our rates do not change for the festive season.
Sentosa gantry admission is Sentosa's charge
Sentosa collects its own vehicle admission at the gantry. It is SGD 20 for a minibus seating 30 or fewer, which covers our 23-seater. It is SGD 40 for a coach seating more than 30, which covers our 45 and 49 seaters.
The charge applies to vehicles arriving without prior arrangement, and it is a per vehicle amount rather than a fee per head. We keep it off our quote, because it belongs to Sentosa and not to us.

Choosing the coach for your headcount
Match the coach to the number going first, then check there is room for the gear.
Up to 23 people
The 23-seater minibus. Air-conditioned, with a seat belt on every seat and a microphone. Bags go in a small underfloor compartment, the overhead racks and the fold down rear row.
24 to 45 people
The 45-seater coach. Reclining seats and a deep underfloor hold, which is what you want for BBQ pits, coolers and sports gear.
46 to 49 people
The 49-seater coach. It has the biggest cabin and hold we run, and keeps a full department on one vehicle instead of two.

What is on board, and what is not
