Bus Charter for the Singapore F1 Grand PrixLTA-Licensed | UEN 53379842J | Established 2018
The night race closes roads across Marina Bay and finishes late. We carry your group to an agreed point outside the closure zone, then bring everyone back after the race.
How much is a bus charter for the Singapore Grand Prix?
A point to point transfer starts at SGD 85 on the 23-seater minibus, SGD 100 on the 45-seater coach and SGD 110 on the 49-seater. A two way return, dropping off and collecting later, is SGD 170, SGD 200 and SGD 220. Rates cover the driver, fuel, ERP and parking, and we are not GST registered. The ride home usually falls after 11pm, which adds SGD 20 per vehicle. Send your date, pickup address and headcount to +65 8065 3479.

What goes wrong on race weekend, and how we stop it
Group transport around a late night event fails in the same few ways. Here is what each one costs, and what we do about it.
The roads through Marina Bay close for the race weekend, so no vehicle can reach a circuit gate.
What we do: We agree a drop off point outside the closure zone before the day and name it on your quote, so the group knows where it is walking from.
The race ends late, and everyone in the district tries to leave at the same time.
What we do: Your coach is booked for a time and a place agreed in advance. Your group is not queueing for taxis behind everyone who has just walked out.
Split across taxis, a party of forty arrives at the hotel in small batches over the next hour.
What we do: One 45-seater carries the whole group for SGD 100 point to point, with driver, fuel, ERP and parking already inside that figure.
A midnight scramble for cars turns into forty separate receipts and an afternoon of expense claims.
What we do: One booking, one invoice under UEN 53379842J. The midnight surcharge of SGD 20 per vehicle sits on it as its own line.
You tried the apps after the race last time, and the group stood on the kerb watching the fare climb.
What we do: A charter is agreed before the day at a published rate. You pay that rate plus the midnight surcharge if the trip ends after 11pm, both set out on your quote. Nothing the apps do that night changes those figures.
You have rung round several operators, and every quote covers something different, so no two can be compared.
What we do: Our quote is one figure per vehicle, with driver, fuel, ERP and parking already counted. The four surcharges are listed further down this page, and any that apply are named in writing before you confirm.
You are afraid the price jumps the moment you say the booking is for race weekend.
What we do: Check this page against our pricing page, which is not written for race weekend. The figures match. The one extra tied to a late finish is the SGD 20 midnight surcharge, and your quote shows it before you pay.
You are paying a company you have not used before, ahead of a night that cannot be run again.
What we do: We are licensed by the Land Transport Authority to operate private hire buses, under UEN 53379842J. Your written quote names the coach and the pickup point, the invoice carries that same UEN, and the 184 Google reviews are public.
F1 weekend charter rates
Singapore dollars, per vehicle, all-inclusive of driver, fuel, ERP and parking. These are the same rates we charge in any other week.
| Vehicle | Point to point | Airport transfer | Two way return | Per hour (4hr min) | Eight hour day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 23-seater minibus | SGD 85 | SGD 100 | SGD 170 | SGD 50 | SGD 400 |
| 45-seater coach | SGD 100 | SGD 110 | SGD 200 | SGD 60 | SGD 480 |
| 49-seater coach | SGD 110 | SGD 120 | SGD 220 | SGD 70 | SGD 560 |
A trip touching 11pm to 7am adds SGD 20 per vehicle. Hourly hire has a four hour minimum, so the smallest booking comes to SGD 200, SGD 240 or SGD 280 by vehicle size. Every rate we publish is on the pricing page.
How the night is usually booked
Prices are per vehicle in Singapore dollars, before the SGD 20 midnight surcharge if the trip touches 11pm to 7am.
One way, point to point
A single transfer to the agreed drop off point, and the coach then leaves. SGD 85, SGD 100 or SGD 110 by vehicle size.
Two way return
The coach drops you, leaves, then comes back for the agreed pickup. SGD 170, SGD 200 or SGD 220 by vehicle size.
The coach stays with you
An hourly hire, at SGD 50, SGD 60 or SGD 70 an hour by vehicle size. With the four hour minimum, that is SGD 200, SGD 240 or SGD 280. A longer evening is quoted at the same hourly rate.
Which one to pick
If the group leaves together after the race, the two way return is the cheaper choice. Book by the hour when you want the coach and driver on hand all evening.
Where the coach can drop you
The circuit is built on public roads through Marina Bay, and those roads shut to traffic for the weekend. No coach can reach a circuit gate. Any operator who promises a drop off at the gate is wrong about that.
So we pick a drop off point outside the closure zone and put it in writing. Your group walks the last stretch to the entrance. The same spot is used after the race, which matters more, because nobody is hunting for a bus in the dark with a flat phone.
Tell us the pickup address and the time you want to be at the gate. We set the departure with room for the traffic that builds around the district on a race night, and we send the assigned driver's details before the trip.
The late finish and the midnight surcharge
This is a night race. The racing and the concerts run late, so your pickup usually falls past 11pm.
Any trip touching the hours between 11pm and 7am carries SGD 20 per vehicle. It is a flat amount, not an hourly one, and it is the only charge tied to the late timing. There is no overtime beyond it.
If your travel date is a gazetted public holiday, that is a separate SGD 30 per vehicle. Nothing else is added for the weekend. Our rates do not change for the festive season either.
The only four surcharges
Nothing else is added to a quote. Each of these is itemised in writing before you confirm the booking.
| Surcharge | When it applies | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Midnight | Any trip touching 11pm to 7am, which the ride home usually does | SGD 20 per vehicle |
| Public holiday | A gazetted public holiday | SGD 30 per vehicle |
| Extra stop | Each stop added beyond the agreed route, waived on hourly hire | SGD 20 per stop, per vehicle |
| Excess waiting | Beyond the free wait, 45 minutes on airport transfers and 15 minutes everywhere else | SGD 15 per block |
After three waiting blocks the trip converts to a four hour hourly hire instead, which is SGD 200 on a 23-seater. An hourly booking carries no waiting charge at all.
Which coach fits your group
Pick by headcount first. On a night when everyone leaves at once, one vehicle beats two smaller ones.
Up to 23 people
The 23-seater minibus, from SGD 85 point to point. Seats are fixed and do not recline. There is room for about 15 large bags, with overhead racks and a fold down rear row.
24 to 45 people
The 45-seater coach, from SGD 100 point to point. Seats recline, and the underfloor hold takes about 35 large bags.
46 to 49 people
The 49-seater coach, from SGD 110 point to point. This is the most seats on one vehicle, so a party of 48 stays on a single booking.
More than 49 people
Two or more coaches, one contact and one quote. See how many buses a large group needs.
On board the coach
A clear yes and a clear no, so you can plan the evening around what is actually there.
Somewhere cool to sit before you walk in, and again after a long humid night outdoors.
The organiser can brief the group on gate numbers and the return time while everyone is still seated.
Reclining seats on the 45 and 49 seater coaches. The 23-seater minibus has fixed seats, and every seat on all three has a belt.
Available on all three vehicle sizes. A motorised chair needs a size and weight check first, so mention it when you book.
No wifi, no USB or power charging, and no toilet on board. Plan a straight transfer, and let people use the facilities before they board.
Every driver holds a Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver's Vocational Licence.
Book early to secure a vehicle
There are three coach sizes, 23, 45 and 49 seats, and each vehicle can only be in one place at a time. Once your date and time are confirmed, that coach is held for your booking.
Be clear about what booking early buys you. It secures a vehicle for your dates. It does not change what you pay, because our rates do not move with demand.
Send the date, the pickup address, the headcount and roughly when you want to leave and return. We come back with the coach size, the drop off point and one total, including the midnight surcharge if the return falls after 11pm.
What is fixed in writing before race day
Six things you should have on paper from any operator before race day. Every one of them is something you can check yourself.
The exact spot outside the closure zone, named on the quote, so nobody is guessing on the night.
Agreed weeks ahead rather than settled by phone at midnight with a crowd around you.
The quote says whether you are getting a 23, 45 or 49 seater. You are not told on the day.
One figure, with the midnight surcharge shown if it applies. We are not GST registered, so nothing is added later.
We are licensed by the Land Transport Authority to operate private hire buses. UEN 53379842J, established 2018.
A Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver's Vocational Licence. You get the assigned driver's details before the trip.
